Progressive Strength

Progressive Strength is based at the Progressive Martial Arts premises in Tingalpa. For information on Progressive Strength fees, personal training session availability, as well as scheduled boot camps and other PT classes please refer to the Progressive Strength website and Progressive Strength facebook page.
Progressive Strength also runs kids classes. The Mini Muscles program currently runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at the PMAAI gym. Mini Muscles also goes to The Montessori Journey on Glenora Street on Monday and Wednesday. On Friday the Mini Muscles program has a class at John Paul College.
